About KitPie Words

KitPie Words is a small set of free word tools and word lists. It helps you find the words hidden in a set of letters, check anagrams, search by pattern, and scramble words for a class or a party puzzle.

Tools

• Word unscrambler: Type up to 15 letters and 2 blanks. Finds all the words you can make, grouped by length, from a list of 173,444 words. Free, no sign-up.
• Anagram solver: Uses every letter you type. Shows exact anagrams from 173,444 words, and the closest words one letter short.
• Word finder: Search 173,444 words by pattern (c?a?e), starting or ending letters, letters to include or leave out, and length.
• 5-letter words from letters: Type your letters and get only the 5-letter words you can make. Out of 8,656 five-letter words.
• 6-letter words from letters: Type your letters and get only the 6-letter words you can make. Out of 15,278 six-letter words.
• 7-letter words from letters: Type your letters and get only the 7-letter words you can make. Out of 23,194 seven-letter words.
• 8-letter words from letters: Type your letters and get only the 8-letter words you can make. Out of 28,548 eight-letter words.
• Word scrambler: Paste up to 50 words and get a scrambled copy with an answer key and a print view. Nothing is stored.

Word lists

The word lists are complete lists computed from the word list, grouped by length, starting letters, endings and letter patterns, with exact counts.

How it works

Every search runs on our server against 173,444 words from the public-domain ENABLE2K list. Searches are not saved. The site shows no definitions, needs no account and works without JavaScript. See word list source for details and privacy for how data is handled.
